Virtual Medical Leadership Opportunity

A Virtual Medical Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of virtual assistants to meet client objectives. The role entails managing day-to-day operations, creating task lists, and collaborating with clients to enhance their businesses.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the planning, operations, and problem-solving of a team of Medical Client-VA pairs to achieve targets.
  • Partner with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability.
  • Work with clients to facilitate business growth utilizing Global Medical's services.
  • Manage Medical Client-VA relationships.
  • Mitigate concerns, anticipate growth, identify patterns, handle situations, and negotiate with clients as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a medical or healthcare-related field (preferred).
  • At least three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management.
  • Highly proficient in English (written and oral).
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work with high-level professionals.
  • Self-starter, motivated, focused, organized, and growth-minded.
  • One year of Training and Development experience (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to think outside the box and understand requirements.
  • Efficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite.
  • Open to working night shifts.

  • Computer: Intel Core i5-5000 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher.
  • RAM: 8.00 GB.
  • Operating System: At least Windows 10/11 64-bit or macOS Ventura.
  • Headset: Any USB-type headset with noise-cancelling feature.
  • Camera: Capable of clear video output.
