Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes.

About the Role:
You will support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives by ensuring that all production equipment is properly maintained, and any issues are promptly addressed.

Main Responsibilities:
* Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts, to prevent equipment failure and extend its lifespan.
* Conduct thorough investigations to identify the root cause of equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operation of production processes and minimize downtime.

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in equipment maintenance or production operations.
* Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
