We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Biznes Analist die kan werken aan de versterking van onze Remote Sales team en helpen bij het verbeteren van onze zakelijke financieringen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Biznes Analist ga je onderdeel uitmaken van ons Remote Sales team. Je zult de volledige klantjourney van Lending- en Leaseproducten beheren, leadstromen optimaliseren en conversie maximaliseren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van salesresultaten, initiëren van commerciële verbeteringen en ontwikkelen van nieuwe proposities en marketinginitiatieven met behulp van data-analystiek en digital marketing expertise.

Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden zullen zijn:

  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de volledige klantjourney van Lending- en Leaseproducten
  • Beheer van leadstromen naar het remote advice team
  • Rapporteren van salesperformance
  • Uitvoeren van klantonderzoeken
  • Ontwikkelen van nieuwe proposities en marketinginitiatieven

Wat wij zoeken

We zoeken een ervaren Biznes Analist die over:

  • Kennis heeft van de zakelijke markt en weet wat ondernemers beweegt
  • Kennis of ervaring heeft in zakelijke kredietverstrekking (IT of Sales), lease of zakelijke intermediairs
  • Affiniteit/kennis heeft van Adobe, Salesforce, Power BI, PowerPoint en Cognos
  • Analytisch sterk is en beslissingen neemt op basis van data en feiten
  • Weet inzichten te vertalen naar bruikbare toepassingen voor onze klanten
  • Weet hoe je projecten effectief plant, uitvoert en tot een goed einde brengt
  • Een inhoudelijke autoriteit is en ervaring en diepgang meebrengt
  • Helder communiceert, eerlijk en met impact
  • Durft door te vragen en houdt stakeholders scherp
  • Helpt het team richting te bepalen, doelen te stellen en prioriteiten te kiezen
