Job Description

As an Enumerator with HR Panoptik Global, your primary responsibility will be to conduct field data collection in designated areas. You will work independently, collecting data from respondents while ensuring the accuracy and quality of the information collected.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field data collection in designated areas, adhering to set guidelines and protocols.
  • Accurately record and report information, maintaining high standards of data quality.
  • Communicate effectively with respondents, stakeholders, and other team members, fostering strong relationships and building trust.

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Be based or willing to travel to Bicol or Aurora Province, with a strong understanding of the local culture and geography.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Have previous experience as an enumerator or in data collection, although not essential, it is highly desirable.
