Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including data entry, report generation, and record-keeping
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, including training programs and employee engagement activities
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee recognition
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with HR systems, tools, and procedures
