The Role
  • Handle inbound calls and emails in a professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and requests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Evaluate customer feedback as required, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • Meet potential clients to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with existing portfolio of clients, driving long-term growth.
Ideal Profile
  • You must have call center experience (6 months and above), with a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
  • You should speak and write good English, with strong communication skills.
  • You need to have your own computer, Microsoft Office suite, telephone, and reliable internet service.
  • You should have excellent computer and typing skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • You should be well organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • You should be teachable, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
