Responsibilities

  • Manage telecom accounts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences">
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient account management">
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently">
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve client outcomes">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement">
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines">
  • Familiarity with telecom industry principles and practices, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes">
