Junior Branding Designer Job Description

We are seeking a talented Junior Branding Designer to join our team. As a key player in developing and implementing brand identities, you will have the opportunity to create innovative designs that resonate with our audience and uphold our company's values and vision.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop comprehensive brand guidelines that ensure consistency across various platforms and materials. You will also conduct market research to stay abreast of trends and understand the target audience for effective branding strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative brand identities, including logos, color schemes, typography, and other brand elements in collaboration with the design team.

Requirements:
  • Educational Background: A degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Communication Arts, Visual Communication, Informational Design, or a related field from reputable institutions or equivalent experience.
  • Professional Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing strong skills in graphic design and branding. Prior internship experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Adobe Design Softwares such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
    • Skilled in using Canva and other design tools.
    • Knowledge of Brand Identity and Graphic Design principles.
  • Creativity: Demonstrated ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs. Strong skills in typography, color theory, layout, and composition are essential.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and understand design requirements.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Digital Savvy: Familiarity with current trends in social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and e-commerce brand design.
  • Detail-oriented: Attentive to detail to ensure high-quality design output.
  • Personal Equipment: Own laptop with necessary software and a stable internet connection for remote collaboration.

A work-from-home position, this role requires a strong portfolio, excellent design skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the design team.
