About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SOQ Hub Quality Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our hub operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products. Your primary focus will be on supporting, maintaining, and managing critical quality operations within the hub.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Review and verify all administrative batch documentation to ensure compliance with local market regulations, GDP, and Pfizer quality standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of batch reviews and resolution of discrepancies.
  3. Manage product quality complaints received from the markets, classifying and forwarding them to the appropriate manufacturing site for investigation.
  4. Develop and implement quality management processes to ensure consistency and efficiency within the hub.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a quality role.
  • Strong knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and written.
