Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) specialist with expertise in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven growth. This role is critical to scaling performance across web and product experiences.

The CRO specialist will partner closely with developers, marketing, and product leaders to hypothesize, test, and implement winning experiments that drive measurable revenue growth and customer success outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop the CRO roadmap and testing strategy across website, product onboarding, and acquisition funnels.
  • Design, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion rates and reduce friction across the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement tests and validate results in production environments.
  • Utilize analytics platforms and statistical models to identify drop-offs and prioritize highest-impact opportunities.
  • Build dashboards and reporting to monitor experiment performance and business impact.
  • Partner with CS, Growth, and CRO leadership to translate insights into actionable growth initiatives.
