Sun Life Financial is seeking an Invoicing and Fees Specialist to join our Fees and Billing Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the overall project to ensure timely and accurate issuance of invoices to our clients.

Job Description:

  • Project manage the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual invoices by assigning tasks to team members for preparation and approval.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of completed invoices, supporting calculation files, and client documents to ensure amounts reconcile with invoiced amounts.
  • Ensure new clients are set up in the system, and supporting calculation files are prepared and agreed upon signed agreements.
  • Manage fee changes or billing details accurately reflected in the billing system according to amended signed agreements.
  • Monitor the overall workflow production of completing invoices to meet internal and/or external deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in invoicing, billing, and use of systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong team player who is willing to be accountable and responsible for billing.
  • Advanced analytical, critical thinking, accuracy, and attention to detail skills.
  • Good organizational skills (planning, time management, and priority management), able to timely meet internal and/or external deadlines.
