In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual invoices to clients based on agreed-upon billing schedules.
- Managing fee information requests from internal teams and ensuring timely responses.
- Extracting data and running reports from the administration system to gather invoicing information.
- Preparing calculation files to determine the amount of fees that have been invoiced.
- Reviewing and verifying invoice calculations for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitoring fee changes and updating billing details and schedules accordingly.
- Maintaining client billing profiles and ensuring any changes are reflected accurately.
- Responding to invoice and billing-related inquiries and resolving any questions or concerns.
