About the Role

The Enterprise Business Strategist will be part of the Financial Crime Delivery and MI team that provides support to ensure strategic and operational objectives are achieved and in line with agreed service offerings.

  1. Lead the delivery of process improvements and BAU/project initiatives to ensure each initiative is delivered in a stable and sustainable manner, while delivering the best experience to our stakeholders.
  2. Ensure the Financial Crime delivery framework and governance is followed for every change.
  3. Ensure all risk in change and ANZ Delivery Framework (ADF) activities are completed with the correct level of governance.
  4. Find opportunities to create efficiency gains, mitigate risks, improve operational performance through automation, process redesign and transformation.

The ideal candidate will have a result driven self-starter mindset, with a passion for delivery and ability to work across large & medium initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and delivering small and medium sized initiatives E2E – including but not limited to; requirements gathering, solution design, project planning, project governance, business implementation activities and executing risk in change processes.
  • Supporting Senior business analysts in the delivery of larger sized initiatives.
  • Contributing to and driving Delivery Excellence to increase the delivery capability within the Delivery team and within the Financial crime Portfolio.
