Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Art Director/Creative Lead Designer to spearhead our Design Team based in the Philippines. As the driving force behind visually compelling campaigns, you'll be responsible for creating impactful design strategies across various brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the PH-based Design Team, guiding creative direction and ensuring high-quality output.
  • Develop concepts for POSM, print collateral, and temporary POS displays that align with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Collaborate with regional account directors, account managers, clients, and external stakeholders to deliver impactful visual solutions.
  • Maintain a high standard of design that reflects the company's brand identity.
  • Work efficiently across multiple projects and timelines, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Review, critique, and improve creative work from team members, providing mentorship and constructive feedback.
  • Liaise with production and print vendors to ensure feasibility and quality of final outputs.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years of design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior/leadership role.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing work in POSM, print, and retail display design or related.
  • Experience working with or for advertising/marketing companies.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, brand identity, and shopper marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage and mentor a team of designers.
