Job Overview

We're looking for a highly creative and experienced Art Director / Creative Lead Designer to take charge of our Design Team based in the Philippines. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind visually compelling campaigns and design strategies across various brand touchpoints - with a strong focus on POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials), print materials, and temporary point-of-sale displays.

You'll work closely with regional and global teams, bringing ideas to life from concept to execution, while maintaining brand consistency and innovation. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in advertising, preferably with experience collaborating with global marketing/advertising agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the PH-based Design Team, guiding creative direction and ensuring high-quality output.
  2. Oversee and develop concepts for POSM, print collateral, and temporary POS displays.
  3. Collaborate with regional account directors, account managers, clients, and external stakeholders to deliver impactful visual solutions.
  4. Maintain a high standard of design that aligns with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
  5. Work efficiently across multiple projects and timelines, ensuring timely delivery.
  6. Review, critique, and improve creative work from team members, providing mentorship and constructive feedback.
  7. Liaise with production and print vendors to ensure feasibility and quality of final outputs.
  8. Stay updated with design and retail marketing trends to ensure fresh and relevant executions.
Required Experience & Skills
  1. 5+ years of design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior/leadership role.
  2. Proven portfolio showcasing work in POSM, print, and retail display design or related.
  3. Experience working with or for advertising/marketing companies.
  4. Strong understanding of visual storytelling, brand identity, and shopper marketing.
  5. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  6. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  7. Ability to manage and mentor a team of designers.
  8. Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics and functionality.
Nice to Have
  1. Experience in global campaigns or cross-cultural marketing design.
  2. Background in FMCG or retail-related branding projects.
  3. Motion/animation or 3D visualization knowledge is a plus.
