Job Summary:

The Production Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of production equipment and processes. Key responsibilities include:

Executing production runs with minimal downtime and maximum quality.
Monitoring and maintaining equipment to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or food science.
At least two years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Working Conditions:

The Production Specialist will work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heavy equipment and potentially hazardous materials. The ability to work in a hot and/or cold environment is required. A willingness to work a shifting schedule is also necessary.
