Manufacturing Technician

The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for executing the conversion of raw materials into finished goods on their assigned line, utilizing allocated resources such as manpower, tools, equipment, and systems. This role requires ensuring the quality of raw materials and finished products meets standard specifications, operating and maintaining process equipment to achieve optimal efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute conversion of raw materials into finished goods on assigned line
• Ensure quality of raw materials and finished products meets standard specifications
• Operate and maintain process equipment to achieve optimal efficiency and quality
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Food Science & Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Technology, or related field
• At least one year of machine operation or production equipment handling experience
• At least one year of work experience in food manufacturing or semiconductor industry
• Ability to work in hot and/or cold environments
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule in Danao, Cebu
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
