Safeguard financial systems and prevent illegal activities as a key member of our team.

About the Role

This role requires identifying potential risks, implementing preventative measures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. You will be responsible for:

  • Verifying customer and business identities to ensure AML/CTF regulations are met
  • Monitoring transactions for suspicious activity
  • Collaborating with partner banks to resolve any issues
  • Reporting Suspicious Activities Reports (SARs) to senior management

Additional responsibilities include adhering to internal procedures and achieving performance metrics. Key performance indicators will focus on processing time and accuracy.

Your Profile
  • You have a strong desire to learn and acquire new skills and knowledge
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Familiarity with global AML/CTF practices is necessary
  • Experience with transaction monitoring and EDD processes is beneficial
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and nights
  • Solid understanding of financial services and their regulatory framework
  • Knowledge of KYB processes and previous experience in FinTech or startup environments are advantageous
