Job Overview

The Bank of Commerce (Philippines) is seeking an experienced administrative assistant to support our marketing team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies and achieving business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Assist in preparing reports for senior management, summarizing data and highlighting key findings.
  2. Support market research initiatives to gather industry insights and competitor analysis.
  3. Compose and initiate routine correspondence and memoranda to internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Provide prompt and professional assistance to branch marketing personnel with their queries and concerns.
  5. Collaborate with senior management to monitor budget attainment and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Coordinate the distribution of meeting minutes and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive records.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.

Requirements

  • Minimum entry-level requirement, with a focus on developing strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with office software and equipment is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
