Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business intelligence and report development; minimum 3 years supervising a team of analytical specialists
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Power BI and other reporting tools and core HR technology
