Executive Assistant to Support Operational Efficiency

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized administrative professional to support our team with day-to-day tasks and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in real estate administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Reporting Management
- CRM System Oversight (nice to have)
- Email Correspondence Management
- Document Filing and Organization
- Submission Assistance and Document Formatting
- Property Research (pulling sales data from RP Data and internet platforms)
- Compliance Assurance
- Xero Financial Management
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role in real estate.
- CRM System Proficiency (experience with Zenu is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Document Management Experience
- Xero Financial Knowledge
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Self-Motivation and Collaborative Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in Real Estate or Property Management
- Australian Real Estate Agency Experience
