We have attracted a large user base with our inclusive approach of converting users into earners and awarding stock ownership based on their usage. Our super app, Mode Earn App, powers the reward engine behind our proprietary smartphone, Mode Earn Phone.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a User Acquisition Manager to scale mobile user growth for our Mode Earn App. The ideal candidate will work at the intersection of marketing, data, and creative strategy to optimize paid UA campaigns across various platforms.

You will be responsible for campaign execution, performance optimization, and analysis, collaborating cross-functionally to maximize growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, launching, and optimizing UA campaigns across core paid channels: Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic DSPs, and rewarded ad networks.
  • Daily performance tracking, pacing, and spend efficiency against KPIs (e.g., CPI, CPA, ROAS) of your campaigns.
  • Collaborating with creative teams to develop and test ad concepts, messaging, and formats.
  • Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance to other members of the growth team, aiming to uncover actionable insights & optimizations.
  • Identifying and testing new growth channels, networks, and strategies.

As a User Acquisition Manager, you will have frequent opportunities for cross-functional collaboration, partnering with product, data analytics, and design to improve funnel performance.

This role requires a deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry to create targeted and effective advertising content that captures the attention of gamers and enhances brand engagement.
