POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Supervisor to oversee sales floor operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales performance within their assigned department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
\u2022 Supervise and motivate sales team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
\u2022 Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
\u2022 Train new employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
\u2022 Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide assistance when necessary.
\u2022 Collaborate with store management to implement sales promotions and strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
\u2022 Bachelor's degree with business emphasis, Sales / Marketing / Administration.
\u2022 At least 2 years of relevant work experience in store management and operations from retail and food establishments.
