Are you ready to take your career to the next level in a dynamic and innovative environment? We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Operations AR Inbound Contact Center Practitioner to join our team.
Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for handling inbound calls from customers regarding outstanding balances, investigating and addressing customer complaints or concerns related to invoices, payments, or order fulfillment, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and payment status, supporting sales in order fulfillment related issues, collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues, and meeting or exceeding monthly service level agreements.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a collections or customer service role, preferably in a B2B inbound environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required in English and Spanish. You must be willing to report onsite at Eastwood City, Libis, and work night shifts.
