Cybersecurity Compliance Professional Opportunities

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Compliance Professional to join our team in scaling secure businesses by building and implementing cutting-edge security and compliance programs.

Our company specializes in compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR, empowering companies to meet regulatory standards and strengthen their cybersecurity posture from day one.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Analyzing and interpreting cybersecurity regulatory requirements to ensure company compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other standards.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity-focused compliance policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with external teams to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
  • Communicating directly with clients in the US via text, email, and phone to address cybersecurity compliance concerns and provide support.
  • Managing and coordinating multiple cybersecurity compliance projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to standards.
  • Leading and mentoring a small team to effectively deliver on compliance objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cybersecurity compliance projects concurrently.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing or guiding a small team.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work directly with clients in the US.
  • Experience working in cybersecurity compliance, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST CSF frameworks.
  • Familiarity with creating and enforcing cybersecurity policies.
  • Experience working in a tech company with a focus on cybersecurity.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
