Seeking a seasoned Dynamics expert to lead our platform dynamics team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the architecture and development of Dynamics solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

This role involves managing technical teams, defining solution architecture, implementing best practices, and participating in presales engagements.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in aligning platform direction with business objectives and driving growth.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365, including technical management and solution architecture within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing technical teams and developing strong technical skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform, Azure, Power Platform, and related technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Benefits

This is a fully remote position with occasional travel required. The candidate will also be expected to manage irregular hours and on-call responsibilities.
