As a senior data professional, you will lead our Power BI development team and oversee the implementation of solutions for clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, design high-quality reports and dashboards, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Advanced knowledge of Power BI and its components is required. This includes Power Query/M, DAX, and dimensional modeling. Experience with SQL Server (data warehouse design, SSIS, and SSRS) and DirectQuery is beneficial. Strong communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Conduct discovery meetings to determine reporting needs
  • Create efficient star schema data models for use with Power BI
  • Design and develop high-quality reports and dashboards using Power BI
  • Guide clients on deploying Power BI solutions to the Power BI service

To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 8 years of experience working with data and business intelligence solutions on the Microsoft tool stack is also required.

  1. Develop user-friendly interfaces for ease of use and minimal knowledge by the functional work group
  2. Report visual choices and visual interactions
