Key responsibilities include driving new sales and business growth, leading and contributing to lead generation efforts, conducting meetings, delivering persuasive presentations, and negotiating to close deals.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment. Additionally, they should be self-motivated, results-driven, and willing to travel within the region for client meetings and industry events.

Key Objectives:
  • Drive new sales and business growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities
  • Lead and contribute to lead generation efforts, including driving digital marketing campaigns
  • Conduct meetings, deliver persuasive presentations, and negotiate to close deals
  • Accurately track, analyze, and report on each business development activity to provide projections and identify resources needed to achieve goals
Requirements:
  • Strong revenue generation skills with ability to find and develop new relationships
  • Exceptional relationship management abilities with focus on nurturing client relationships
  • At least 3 years of Ad agency experience
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and closing deals
  • Experience in driving digital marketing campaigns and utilizing various marketing channels for lead generation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a target-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and industry events
