Estimated Salary:

$80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of staff in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of management experience in a similar establishment.
  • Prior experience in managing a team of 20+ staff members.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
