Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Department Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Commercial department, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and performing general clerical and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules and coordinate meetings for the Commercial department
  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties as required
  • Provide administration support to the team, including collation of management reporting inputs
  • Liaise with PMO and KAM on CCO escalation/approval matters
  • Coordinate team and customer meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up action plans

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
