**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Administrator to join our team at Simplex Industrial Corporation. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring smooth delivery of services to our customers.
- Hiring Responsibilities:
- Fulfill various human resources duties within the branch, including releasing memos and pay slips, monitoring staff attendance and performance.
- Approve leaves, absences, and serve out necessary suspensions in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain the office building and report any concerns or issues to the Main Office.
- Submit regular reports on the status of the branch to the Main Office.
- Perform minor accounting functions as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- A minimum of 2 years of administration experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Experience in processing business permits and government transactions.
- Familiarity with different aspects of Human Resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
