Financial Analyst Role

The position of Financial Analyst involves providing critical support to decision-making processes through financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential for this role.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Interpret financial data to identify trends and create reports that inform business decisions.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to deliver accurate and timely financial information.
  • Maintain and update accounting records accurately.
  • Collect and manage employee timesheets, calculate work hours, and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Utilize quality monitoring data management systems to track team and individual performance.
  • Enter new employee data into the HR database and assist with performance management and improvement initiatives.
  • Implement regulatory compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to policy development and documentation.
  • Facilitate employee safety, welfare, and wellness education programs.
  • Monitor formats and quality standards.
  • Respond to employee queries about compensation, benefits, and deductions.
  • Distribute payment statements and participate in meetings with senior executives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accounting Management, Business Administration, or equivalent field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting-related roles.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Payroll Accountant.
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with Labor Laws.
  • High level of integrity, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
