About the Role:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Operations Manager to join our team. This full-time position is based in Quezon City and requires excellent leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience as an Operations Supervisor or Manager and a background in general finance and budgeting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the Company's revenue and profitability targets are met or exceeded;
  • Forecasting Annual budgets and targets, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action;
  • Supervising the everyday work of departments under the Operations Group (Accounting, Admin & Logistics);
  • Preparing monthly reports for Management Committee Meetings;
  • Maintaining operating standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in any field. Additional qualifications include:

  • Proven knowledge on operations management, sales, business development, strategic planning, partnership, project management, conflict management, etc.;
  • Background in the furniture or interior design industry is an advantage;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Amenability to work on weekends and holidays from time to time; and
  • Willingness to travel to different business locations.

This is a full-time, on-site position with a work schedule of Monday to Friday, 8-5pm, and Saturdays, 8-3pm. The estimated salary for this role is PHP 120,000 - PHP 180,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
