Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operations Manager to join our team at Marivent Hotels and Resorts Inc. About the Role:

The Chief Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our office, managing budgets, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage the Chairman's calendar, scheduling meetings, and ensuring all materials are prepared in advance.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, drafting and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives, tracking progress and providing updates to the Chairman.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, market analysis, and relevant economic data to inform decision-making, preparing summaries and reports for the Chairman's review.
  • Operations Management: Oversee office operations, manage budgets, and coordinate travel arrangements to ensure the Chairman's office runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Logistics and Administration: Organize and coordinate board meetings and other important gatherings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field; laude preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Skillset: Exceptional organizational skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace), and familiarity with project management tools.

What We Offer:

This role offers a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
