Cloud Developer Role

Drive innovation in software development and big data technology as part of a global agile team.

You will play a critical role in the development of ordering system applications running in a cloud production environment and legacy applications running on premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, debug, and operate ordering system applications in a cloud production environment and support legacy applications running on premises.
  • Provide engineering support on end-to-end problem resolution and root cause analysis in collaboration with other functional groups, business units, and vendors.
  • Cultivate a strong aptitude for innovation, quickly learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills, performance, and overall development.
  • Manage code repositories using GIT, ensuring efficient version control and collaboration.
  • Break down complex business and system problems into modular, maintainable solutions with the team.
  • Plan, develop, and implement automated tests using Robot Framework and industry-standard tools.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience developing and maintaining back-end applications using JavaScript, React, and Python.
  • 5-10 years of experience in API Development using AWS Services like Lambda, RestAPI.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Agile Development, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Unit Testing, Test-Driven Development, and code reviews.

Experience with container environments (Docker, Kubernetes, or DockerSwarm), real-time stream processing using Kafka, and AWS Public Cloud is highly valued.
