Product Packaging Developer

The Product Packaging Developer supports the development of product packaging by assisting in creating functional, brand-aligned, and visually appealing packaging solutions. This role combines creativity with attention to detail, ensuring that all packaging meets brand guidelines, communicates product value, and adheres to technical/production requirements.

This is a full-time position involving significant creative asset development and execution. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the Creative team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare print-ready artwork, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and meeting deadlines.
  • Adapt existing packaging designs across formats, sizes, and product lines.
  • Support the development and refinement of packaging assets to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with internal teams to create new and updated packaging that aligns with regulatory requirements and translates brand and product needs into clear, compelling packaging solutions.
  • Share design drafts and packaging mockups for review and feedback.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in packaging design, preferably with intermediate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present creative ideas effectively.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
