Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Strategist to develop and execute comprehensive social media campaigns across various platforms, drive community engagement, and foster a strong online presence in the beauty industry.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing and strategizing social media campaigns across multiple channels and community management in the beauty or medical industry.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple clients across various platforms.
    • Manage content calendars and scheduling to ensure consistent and timely delivery.
    • Evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for optimal results.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with all organic department strategies (SEO & Blogs, etc).
    • Propose creative and trending ideas for clients to recreate.
  • Requirements:
    • Creative mind with a flair for crafting engaging content.
    • Analytical prowess to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies.
    • Familiarity with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Canva, and ability to adapt to emerging trends.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Problem-solving skills to address challenges swiftly and efficiently.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a fully remote position within the 7:30 am-3:30 pm Mountain Standard Time zone.
  • Full-time position with required availability during operating hours.
