Social Media Marketing Professional WantedWe are looking for a highly skilled and creative Social Media Marketing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms to grow reach and engagement.The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency. They must possess strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual storytelling, as well as a solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.A strong analytical mindset, creativity, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are also essential requirements for this role. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships, while staying up-to-date on trends and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to grow reach and engagement.
  • Create Engaging Content: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, and stories) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Monitor Performance Metrics: Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Trends: Stay up-to-date on trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.
  • Engage with Our Online Community: Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Support Email and Digital Marketing Initiatives: Support email and digital marketing initiatives with social-first content ideas.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Copywriting and Content Creation Skills: Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Social Media Analytics and Reporting: Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Paid Ads, Influencer Outreach, or SEO: Familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.
  • Organizational, Creative, and Adaptable: Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
