Technical Network Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Network Engineer, focusing on managed services and support for business customers. This role involves managing and troubleshooting SDWAN networks, data circuits, VoIP services, VPNs, Managed Routers, Firewalls, and other custom-managed services.
About the Role
The Network Engineer will play a critical part in delivering superior service to our customers, ensuring their network infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot SDWAN networks, data circuits, VoIP services, VPNs, Managed Routers, Firewalls, and other custom-managed services.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in network engineering, preferably in a managed services environment.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, devices, and operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
