Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently handle and process quotations and sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or web chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.
  • Investigate and process claims related to shipment delays, defective items, or pricing discrepancies, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to address and resolve any issues related to customer orders, including requesting lead time changes when necessary.
  • Encourage customers to utilize an e-commerce platform for order placement, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in order management, sales support, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
