
Order Management Professional

This role is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and take on a key point of contact position for customer orders.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Efficiently handle and process quotations and sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or web chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.
- Investigate and process claims related to shipment delays, defective items, or pricing discrepancies, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues.
- Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to address and resolve any issues related to customer orders, including requesting lead time changes when necessary.
- Encourage customers to utilize an e-commerce platform for order placement, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in order management, sales support, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
