Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator / Material Handler to join our team at Subic Drydock Corporation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehousing and material expediting, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

- Performs material expediting, receipt verification, and storage preparation for urgent priority material requirements.
- Receives goods / materials according to warehousing procedure and implements proper storage as required based on the type of items being received.
- Performs proper sorting of materials (new materials / inventory materials) to properly store the items and develop effective material retrieval.
- Uses the standard warehousing forms based on the necessity of material request.
- Coordinates with Procurement personnel for all incoming materials. Manages the handling, recording, storage and loading / unloading of materials and prepares materials for distribution.
- Integrates best practices in material handling to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the warehouse and its facilities to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensures all materials have daily updated stocks and all quantity is accounted and correct.
- Confirms with the Warehouse Supervisor / Foreman on all actions related to warehouse activities and clarifies any gray areas.
- Prepares reports and presentations to the Warehouse Supervisor as required.

Qualifications:

- Graduate of any vocational course.
- Two years minimum experience on Warehousing / Material Expediter Jobs.
- Good knowledge of warehousing principles.
- Clean driving record.
- Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of local roads and routes.
