We're seeking a skilled AI Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to cutting-edge projects.


About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Pasig, with Australian business hours. As an AI Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications that incorporate AI/ML and agentic systems.


Your Responsibilities

  • Design and develop applications that leverage AI/ML and agentic systems.

  • Build and deploy machine learning models and pipelines into cloud-based environments.

  • Develop APIs, backend systems, and front-end interfaces for seamless interaction with autonomous agents and AI systems.

  • Integrate AI agents using frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to deliver high-quality AI-driven applications.

  • Implement robust data handling and visualization layers to support agentic workflows.

  • Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and knowledge sharing across the engineering team.

  • Continuously monitor and improve system performance and user experience.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, data science, or similar fields.

  • 1+ years of professional experience in front-end, back-end, or full stack software development.

  • Strong experience with Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask) for back-end roles, and/or proficiency in frontend frameworks (React, Vue) for front-end roles.

  • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and experience integrating ML models into applications.

  • Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI) or demonstrated interest in agentic system design.

  • Experience working with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

  • Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and scalable system design.
