Project Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project leader to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, goals, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external clients to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Manage project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and action items
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry
  • PMP certification or equivalent relevant project management experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
