We are seeking a highly skilled Concierge Specialist to join our team at Ayala Malls Dasmariñas. As a Front Desk Hospitality Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Proven work or internship experience abroad, bringing a unique perspective and cultural understanding to our team

• Frontline experience in a hotel or high-end residential building, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills

• Bachelor Degree holder of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, Mass Communications, or other similar course, with a strong foundation in hospitality principles

• Personable and projects a professional image, consistently exceeding guest expectations and delivering exceptional service

• Excellent in English (verbal and written), with the ability to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues alike

• Mature, Highly trainable, Well-mannered, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development
