Job Description:

The Team Member position is operational in nature and involves supervising restaurant partner activities on the shift to ensure high standards of people, product, cleanliness, and guest experience are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts to achieve efficient completion of tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess basic math skills and accurate cash handling abilities.
