Job Description

As a Risk Analyst for payments, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential threats and taking proactive measures to prevent them.


Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor credit card processing activities using advanced risk monitoring tools to identify potential risks and fraud.
  • Investigate disputes and answer inquiries via email and chat support.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience while protecting the organization's financial interests.
  • Complete thorough risk assessments and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory rules and mitigate fraud and credit risk.
  • Review and understand documentation provided by clients.
  • Perform other ad-hoc risk-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payments risk industry, preferably in financial services.
  • A self-motivated individual with a detective-like mentality and a strong desire to uncover answers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable making decisions with significant monetary implications in a fast-paced environment.
