Service Excellence Coach

As a Service Excellence Coach at IntouchCX, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of service delivered by our Customer Service Representatives and Tier 2 teams.
You will coach CSRs/Tier 2s on quality of service, complete Quality Assurance and coaching session reports, and provide floor support. Your strong coaching skills will enable you to help CSRs/Tier 2s develop their skills and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Coach CSRs/Tier 2s on quality of service
- Complete Quality Assurance and coaching session reports
- Provide floor support, including actively taking phone calls
- Attend meetings with supervisors and managers to review monitoring lists
- Participate in partner and internal calibration meetings
- Research escalated issues and co-deliver coaching opportunities
- Report scripting problems or questions from callers
- Distribute correspondence to all CSRs/Tier 2 team members
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of front-line contact center experience (preferred)
- 1-2 years of Quality Assurance experience (preferred)
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office
- Ability to type 30 wpm minimum with accuracy
- Strong coaching and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
