  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce marketing.
  • Strong expertise in paid acquisition (Meta, Google) and lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, retention), as well as digital marketing (SEO, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and LTV/CAC modeling.
  • Hands-on, scrappy approach with the ability to execute while thinking strategically.
  • Leadership experience has led a team before.
