We are seeking a skilled Junior Software Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for an early career professional who is excited about both coding and user support, and eager to grow in a cutting-edge development environment.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate and troubleshoot user-reported issues related to the development platform.
  • Provide technical assistance to users building applications using React frontend and Python/FastAPI backend.
  • Analyze stack traces and identify possible root causes of bugs.
  • Research technical problems encountered by non-technical users and communicate solutions clearly.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay feedback and improve the user experience.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience with React.js in a modern JavaScript/TypeScript development environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Good communication skills; English level B2 or higher.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and occasional holidays (on rotation).
  • Willingness to visit offices in emergency situations (rare).
  • Comfortable using tools like Git, terminal, browser dev tools, etc.
