Marketing Specialist Job DescriptionAbout the Role

To contribute as a dedicated Marketing Specialist, providing reliable support in web production, graphic design, content creation, and social media management—helping clients achieve professional, engaging, and brand-consistent marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create effective marketing strategies that drive client engagement and conversion.
  • Develop and maintain visually appealing graphics and websites for clients using Canva and Duda.
  • Produce high-quality content in English suitable for physician audiences.
  • Manage social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Leverage ChatGPT/AI tools to repurpose client content.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in healthcare marketing with a portfolio of 5–8 page sites (preferably healthcare-related).
  • Proficiency in Canva design skills for social graphics, brochures, one-pagers, and light branding/brand boards.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills for content creation.
  • Social posting experience.
  • Ability to work with AI tools for content repurposing.
Preferred Skills
  • Healthcare marketing exposure (DPC, concierge, lifestyle medicine, or physician-facing).
  • Branding knowledge (brand boards, logo tweaks).
